A Tale of Two Stays

Our recent visit was bittersweet. On one hand, the spacious and clean room offered a comfortable king bed and great water pressure. Thankfully, helpful staff brightened our days, especially the kind night clerk who saved the day with a charging cord!

Two small dogs were allowed, but customer service fell short at check-in and throughout our stay. Upon returning to our room, a note asked us to discuss our pet agreement, despite no agreement being provided at check-in. The cleanliness of the facility was concerning. overflowing trash and unkempt common areas marred the experience. While the staff was somewhat polite, the lack of proper management and attention to detail made this stay forgettable.

My kids wished the hotel had extended pool hours for families.

The lobby had a nice, cozy atmosphere. the staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Accessibility for seniors was appreciated, with elevators and clean paths to the rooms, which made moving around comfortable.

Improved cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms is needed.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed exploring Old Orchard Beach and visiting nearby Ogunquit. The location was perfect, and the beds were comfy, and the fridge in the room was a nice touch. Don’t miss the breakfast selection. it has something for everyone.

The check-in process was a bit rough. We requested a later check-in and were told it wasn’t possible, which was frustrating. It put a bit of a damper on our day.

we had a wonderful 3-night stay at ramada. the location is secluded, making it peaceful and quiet. it was just a short drive to the beaches, which was perfect. the bed was cozy, ensuring we actually enjoyed restful nights. the staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to assist us.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and clean beds, which made for a restful night's sleep. The staff were attentive and made my stay feel welcoming, providing thoughtful assistance whenever I needed help.

Improve room cleanliness and maintenance standards.

The queen room felt spacious and clean at first glance. The bed provided a good night's sleep, and I loved the pool that the kids enjoyed. The complimentary breakfast offered a decent variety each morning. Staff at check-in and check-out were friendly, making the process smooth. However, the bathroom had some cleanliness issues, like an unclean sink and a toilet that made odd noises. There were signs of wear and tear in the room. The Wi-Fi was spotty, making it hard to connect at times. I felt the pricing was on the higher side for what the overall quality was. Despite the issues, we had a reasonably enjoyable stay, especially because it was dog-friendly.

Not suitable for families

The kids wanted to swim but the pool was closed early, had to take them out to eat instead. The check in staff was okay but nothing special.

It definitely was not cheap for what we got.

The room was clean and quiet, allowing me to relax after a day out. I appreciated the friendly staff who helped me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with pastries and coffee, making it a nice start to my mornings.

I had an issue with the hot water during my stay. it was tepid when I needed it hot. Additionally, there was a sticky stain on the nightstand that needed attention.

Clean facility. Breakfast options limited with no fresh fruit. Friendly staff at check-in. Some parts of the hotel feel dated.
